Single room with double bed in San Frediano (FI)

Small single room with single/double bed next San Frediano. The single bed can become easily a double bed. In the room: big wardrobe, closets, table, TV You can use kitchen, balcony, washing machine. In a very nice apartment, the excellent location allows to experience the real Florence's city center life (San Frediano is called the coolest district in the world by Lonely Planet) but in a very quiet area. Down there are several mini and supermarkets (in 5 min walking) The excellent location: in a quiet area with beatiful view of the hills but 5 min walking from the center. The rooms shared are kitchen, balcony (where is the washing machine) and bathroom. I don't live in this house but I am here often. If the guests ask me I can bring there to visit the city (day and night life) San Frediano is one of coolest neighborhood of the world (says Lonely Planet). Not only touristic spots. In the spring and summer it's a really emotional experience. Florence center is small enough to visit it walking. It's really easy (and cheap) getting bikes to rent using smartphone applications. The deposit is €100,00 at checkin and you will receive it back at check-out.
