The accommodation has three rooms: two bedrooms with two single beds each (that can be transformed into queen sized beds, upon request) and one single room. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, bed-side tables, mirrors and air conditioning (hot / cold) and are designed with a classic italian touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook (oven,blender,baking equipment and cooking utensils). Appliances such as hairdriers and iron are provided as well. Summer in Florence is really warm, so the air conditioning installed in the kitchen and all the rooms will make your stay always fresh and pleasant. We care about our guests! In compliance with the new health and safety guidelines, we adhere to enhanced cleaning and sanitization to ensure your safe and comfortable stay. Besides, we provide a cleaning kit you can use to maintain the house clean (disposable gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, disposable paper towels, disinfectant spray, cleaning supplies). Everything that you find in the apartment can be used with no limitation. The house has access to an outdoor courtyard where you can keep a bicycle. For any problem, we are at your disposal 24 hours a day. The main nightlife of Florence is just minutes away, within walking distance! In fact, most of the bars and restaurants for an evening out are located in the nearby Santa Croce area. Despite this, the apartment is located in a very quiet area with traffic limitations. A few steps away there are various shops of all kinds and numerous supermarkets, from the cheapest ones to quality ones, especially in via Nazionale, which connects Piazza Indipendenza to the Railway Station. Few steps away (San Lorenzo district) is the characteristic Central Market, where you can shop for the best quality ingredients in the city, such as Florentine restaurateurs at the most affordable prices in the city center. The proximity to the train station and the bus station, as well as the tram stop, will allow you to easily reach any corner of the city without having to resort to expensive taxis.
